OUR FOUNDER

Trevor Sandoval

Trevor Sandoval founded Pine Lake Custom Homes after years of building in the lake communities of East Texas. He grew up around these lakes, and started the company on a simple belief: a home should answer to its place — the slope of the lot, the pines you’d never cut, and the neighborhood it joins.

He still walks every lot himself before a line is drawn, and stays the single point of contact from the first sketch to the final walkthrough. It’s why Pine Lake keeps architecture, interiors, and construction under one roof — so nothing your family cares about gets lost in the handoff.

Trevor built Pine Lake to be the kind of builder he’d want for his own home: honest budgets, careful craftsmanship, and a handshake that still means something.
